I. International or domestic airfare / train fare
II. Any meals apart from the ones mentioned above
III. Expense of personal nature like porter age, tips to hotel staff, local guides, drivers etc., laundry, telephone / fax calls, alcoholic beverages.
IV. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
V. Monument entrance & wildlife park/sanctuary entrance permit fees/ rafting & camel safari charges
VI. Services of English-speaking local guide.
VII. Camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax etc.
VIII. Any other services not mentioned in the inclusions.
IX. Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as road blocks, accidents & any medical evacuations.
X. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot).
XI. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
XII. Any train delays, or re-scheduling etc.
